Planning to pick up your order in person? Here is everything you need to know before heading over.
Pickup Location & Hours
Address: 255 North Peters Road, Knoxville, TN 37923
Pickup Days: Mondays and Wednesdays only
Pickup Window: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Pickup Instructions
1. Drive around to the back of the building.
2. Look for our warehouse door marked with the Parade Pomps sign.
3. Ring the buzzer next to the door, and someone will bring your order out to you.
4. Show us your order confirmation on your phone, or bring a printed copy.
Important Pickup Restrictions
Only tissue pomps qualify for local pickup. We process and ship all other items, including floral sheeting, fringe, and frame kits, via FedEx directly from our primary distribution hubs.
If your order contains both pomps and other float supplies, your non-pomp items will ship separately. You will receive a FedEx tracking number for those goods as soon as they leave the warehouse.
