Tissue Pomps are one of the easiest ways to add vibrant color and texture to a parade float.
Start by attaching chicken wire to your float or structure. Apply wallpaper paste or liquid glue to a small section of the wire. Place your finger in the center of a Tissue Pomp and gently push it about one-quarter of the way through an opening in the chicken wire.
Continue filling each opening until the surface is completely covered.
The result is a full, colorful display that's perfect for flowers, mascots, lettering, and decorative accents.
